Is that a very dark sour cherry or a light house plum? It doesn’t matter, the intensive fruit scent of this Seewinkler is simply seductive! Because cranberries also join with a little air to the already not sparsely occupied fruit basket. The freshness on the palate plays attractively with the rounding off that the Zweigelt has experienced in the large wooden barrel. If you don’t want to enjoy it as a soloist (it would be a good idea to cool it slightly!): Stews of all kinds are perfect for this wine. Or was it the other way around?
750ml quality wine, dry, 13% vol.
Fermented for 2 weeks on the mash, aged for 12 months in used oak barrels.
