Gallia melon, lemon meringue and the apple touch typical of the variety are present in the fragrance with a lot of power, the white pepper – finely atomized – spices this extremely fruity blend. Firm and with an enormous drinking impulse, the “GV” starts on the palate, you almost don’t keep an eye on the spices that it distributes over the tongue: Allspice and cinnamon chips are cheeky and remain drinking-happy influences into the aftertaste. The wine, in turn, spices up baked goods. Everything as it should be for connoisseurs.
