This white wine draws its streaks in the glass like liquid gold – and one instinctively thinks of another gold, namely honey. Extract sweetness and tart herbs that remain in the background accompany a buttery crescent scent. Lining the entire mouth, the tropical fruity (pineapple and mango in particular) Chardonnay reveals one facet after another. Turmeric? Surely! Banana? Why not! And galangal tastes delicately earthy in the finish. With which the “Lehndorf” also inspires the chefs.

750ml quality wine, 13.5% vol. Fermented in 500l wooden barrels and aged on the fine lees for 12 months with batonnage. An exceptional wine from the best locations around Halbturn (Neusiedlersee wine-growing region) with particular maturity and stability.
