When you close your eyes, you think of a mango lassi – intense, very fruity and yet refreshing. This is confirmed on the palate as soon as the fine spiciness accompanies the rich exotic fruit chords. With this massive, but never massive wine, it can be spicier or paprika in the kitchen – this Pinot Gris manages the balancing act between Punjab and Pannonia!
750ml quality wine, 13.5% vol. Fermented in small French wooden barrels and aged on the fine lees for 12 months with batonnage. An exceptional wine from one of the best locations around Halbturn (Neusiedlersee wine region) with particular maturity and stability.
