The hazelnut cream moment is extended on the palate – on this basis, the freshness and herbaceousness of Cabernet Franc and Syrah set the highlights. As with all great wines, new facets are discovered every minute. Therefore, an accompaniment should also be gentle – grilled pork would be the humble recommendation. The Nestor 02 has the class anyway!
